write 3 chapters." It's -- when it comes to Court those things are legitimate, hard copies. Written agreements. It's not
just email. Emails are used for business. Emails are used for everything ahh everything that gets docuemtned. It has
merit. And it has meaning. The same as a marriage. You walking around -- listen to what I am saying to you. You are
a married woman. You are walking around without a wedding band. So you are inviting an extramarital affair.

(This alone right here goes to "Moral Fortitude." Defining "good character" or not good character. The what would be
portrayed on other unsuspecting male Americans.)

By not wearing a band, a wedding band -- it says that you are inviting an extramarital affair. Right ?

have a Court that says this is divorced -- for what the particular reasons are. For whatever the grounds are. Until
that time, I don't mean to disrupt you. But until that time you are obligated to wear that.

Richard: Wait. You know that in mind. You're obligated to wear the wedding band. Because if you don't tell
somebody that you are married you make them part of crime. In New York - Adultery is a crime. It's a crime. So,

and you're saying to me that you're willing to be an adultress -- that you're not wearing a wedding band. You not
telling anyone that you're married. So that you have complete disregard for the Law. And for the insitution. You
just want to disgard things.

Mingzhi: I didn't use you to get into the Country. (In fact MIngzhi Yang presented a fraudulant application and lied to the
U.S. Immigration Agent at the American Embassy in Shanghai. Channel Young and the Shanghai Media Group had no
idea she was applying for a travel visa in their name. She used the marriage as a method to stay in America and to
obtain an Immigration Department work permit and other National Benefits based on marriage to her husband.)

Mingzhi: I get into the Country on a Business visa.

Richard: Ahhh, excused me ... you used me to get MARRIED. You used me to get married. You know that.

Mingzhi: SO. Whether I am here illegal or legal has nothing to do with it.

Richard: It has everything to do with it. It has everything to do with it. It's about your credibility. And reputation. I don't

that we would get a place together. Which we never got a chance to do. Or, that you would come back (to the upper
eastside live / work space) and we would work things out as to what we were going to do going forward. Because I
needed, and you needed, for you and I to have a relationship that was just one to one -- without any interferences. So
the love that you did create --- because it is real. Let me tell you something Daisy. A lot of people can think a lot of
things. You can let people think a lot of things. I don't think a lot of things Daisy. I believe very much ... that the girl that
I know, that I built that relationship with -- I believe that she is in there.

Mingzhi: You don't do the divorce. I do divorce --

Richard: You can't. You don't have grounds. You got to be married for at least a year.

wanted. To get in and stay -- to do whatever she pleases. Obviously. Forget the contract, any agreements, or
understandings. What about Marriage, the Marriage, and all or any of the laws respecting Marriage ? Or just
simple respect for that matter. Pure abuse. Pure unadulterated Fraud. All the way down the line.)

You didn't tell them this, that, and another.

Richard: BUT YOU BROKE THE CONTRACT. To leave that Country. Didn't you ? You had a Contract (with Channel
Young) but you broke it.

making love. After the kiss, she went and told a police officer Richard was "harassing her." As another one of her scams.
Citadel verified for the N.Y.P.D.: she was kissing him.)

kiss. It was a kiss where I said, "You kiss me and you tell me you are not in love with me."

I did not think our relationship was "that bad." Actually I thought it was pretty good. I must be a little stupid.

What I learned is there was another agenda, outside of what "we" together were supposed to be doing. You
threw it all out the window. You taught me there was no "we." Your actions have proved what is the truths, not
the same as what you say or have said, pretended -- it becomes two different things.

Now as an after thought, on September 30th from midnight to 1 a.m in the morning visuals were forming inside my mind and there
was a review of everything going on. And the mind was asking to "look how far back and how deeply rooted this fraud did go ?"
I kept seeing the many conversations had about having Daisy Jr. and I realized that all this woman said - everything - was a lie. A
scam. Because when Mingzhi arrived from China she brought -had- these pills with her. The kind of pills a woman takes when
she thinks she had intercourse with someone during the time when conception was possible. And if you take these pills within

72 hours it kills any fetus growing inside. And then my mind asked, "why would you even bring these pills with you if you were
sincerely talking about and thinking about having a child." Then a voice spoke and said "you wouldn't need those pills unless the
person never had any intentions of having a child." There it was. The real proof. Everything - from the very beginning - where
Yang Mingzhi was concerned was a fake. A complete and total Fraud. Why was it more proof ? I realized I only knew about
the pills because during the 5 and a half months of marriage she used them a number of times. She never was going to have
that child. She just pretended she would. So she could get the US Immigration "work permit" and National benefits that she said in
the transcript above was not issued to her based on the marriage. When in fact - that was the only reason the U.S government
did issue her a "work permit", "social security card", and other "National Benefits" afforded in what should have been a bona
fide marriage. And the manner in which she went after certain "Benefits" had interesting factors to it also. A strange realization.
She liked having intercourse but living up to the responsibility that goes with it proved to be another story. I guess you really
could call it: Sex in The City. Nothing more. The true Power of Love ... was ... disappointed. Just a private note not to be
overlooked. Now if you ever hear about Nicole, you find -- she never did that. But what she created was... the Tali ban.

Another talent, or curse, depending how you look at it - that Richard a/k/a "Signed 4" has
is ... he brings the true nature of a person out. It just happens. All it takes is for you to
be in his presence. Be careful, you may like what you see of yourself. Then again: you
may not. This is not about a personal issue. It is about: if you are going to enter this
Country -America- and intentionally hurt people instead of having good moral fortitude
and good character -- then beware. Good people are not stupid. To think they are -- is
an error to be found out. Punishment is on the horizon. And for the ill mannered deeds
- deceptions - and damage done ... punishment will come in many ways.

United States Immigration Law states -- you must put at least 2 years into a marriage for it, any marriage, to be bona fide --
a true entity. To use a marriage to stay in the Country of America to gain National Benefits -- and not have any real intention
of honoring that marriage is an outright "Marriage Fraud." According to provisons provided by Law, intended by Legislation.
That fraud can be punishable with up to 5 years in jail and up to a $250,000 fine. Plus the Alien Spouse commiting the
Fraud is barred from resident status in America for the rest of their life. In this case Yang Mingzhi said many times -- "she
does not care about America." So what difference does it make to her ??? And in her eyes what is called "the Law" has: no
merit. She would say "they are just words." So shoot someone and say "I can get away with it because the Law is nothing
but 'just words' - there is no need to adhere to the good moral fiber." Well guess what ? You ... got another thing coming.

One of the most favorite statements made ... from the MOUTH of Mingzhi Yang herself is this one: "I DON'T CARE
WHAT'S LIE, WHAT'S TRUE." And second is this one: "So, whether I am here illegal or legal has nothing to do with it."
Note: as it is clearly stated during "the sit down" conversation recorded on video tape September 13, 2005. Mingzhi
Daisy Yang (aka Yang Mingzhi) and Richard david (aka "Signed 4") recorded in History. Still she uses Richard's last
name to secure National Benefits for herself even though, as she stated: "I disregard everything" including the marriage.

Plus, the facts in this case are that: Mingzhi Yang did misrepresent "official" documents and lied to the U.S. Immigration
Agent in Shanghai to secure the visa that allowed her to enter America, supported by her false claim for coming to America.
"Document Fraud" and lying to an immigration agent is also a crime, a criminal offense. Punishable by Law. So now let's
see if America and the American government has any "integrity" at all. Now let's see what they will do, if they do anything at
all. By doing nothing ... about this case ... America becomes the laughing stock of the World. Call it: "no credibility."
