people are talking about you daisy -- Mingzhi -- Yang. According to Edward, he said: that you told him I "was GAY"
and that the marriage was just a matter of "convenience." Is that what you call this and were telling people, that this

IMMIGRATION Marriage Fraud

Want to make one comment to the Judge of any Court in the Land and any others that see this.

I, Richard david (last name), "The Pen" a/k/a "Signed 4" do make comment so scribed in the Matter of:
Mingzhi Yang's direct statement writen below, and again -- by her hand --

We in fact have heard this before, as evidence of the very lies the woman tells to herself and all

1. -- there was no "our" ever. And thus not ever. In this said "marriage", by the mouth of MIngzhi Yang,

However the following is most important to be noted in all History ... but and for the official records,
this one comment scribed by Richard david should be carefully and very clearly noted:

on all offical records was not January of 2005 or even February of the year 2005, as MIngzhi Yang's
comment might try to lead someone to believe.

For that matter -- the date of "entered" into the Marriage is March 8th, 2005 at 9:30 to 9:45 Eastern
Standard Time in the evening thereof. To have ... the just words ... of Mingzhi Yang say -- she

"entered" in her pretend "good faith" and in her Fraud -- let it be known that

indicate, by evidence of living witnesses, what Mingzhi Yang's motive is and was as she flirted

to engage a man, a/k/a Edward, wherein she spoke and told to that human being the fact of

what this Marriage Fraud and abuse upon the State of New York was for her, as stated by her:

"a marriage of convenience", without merit to any honest evidence or claim of "good faith."

Hence, this woman forgets to mention the Marriage did not start until after her already 5 weeks

of betrayals and all that she had done before and after her "entered", what she wrote was of:

MIngzhi Yang was here in America from China, sleeping with Richard in his bed, having intimate

and let the record also reflect that during those 5 weeks prior to taking that solemn oath of "Marriage"
Mingzhi Yang did spend, as witnessed by others, more than 5 to 8 hours of time -- until at least 4 o'clock
in the morning each and every night, writing other men on email and instant messengering -- that even
Richard, being the intended groom at hand, had to question himself inside the very validity of MIngzhi
Yang's motive to proceed with a said sacred Marriage vows.

Noting that during those stated 5 weeks prior the sacred vows taken by MIngzhi Yang, she was -in fact-
never "Faithful" to the relationship, no less in "good faith" to the Marriage thereafter, and to include
but not limited to: the Family betrayal by Mingzhi Yang documented 5 weeks thereafter the Marriage,
as written by her own hand (see enclosed "sorry" below).

Let it be known for the 5 weeks prior to this marriage MIngzhi Yang did "betray" the relationship,

and "Contract .......... for ... LIFE", by giving her life to that of other men each and every day. Thus,
showing what shall be forever written as the sin and acts of a true Fraud.

Mingzhi daisy Yang had already betrayed the relationship for a period of 5 weeks straight with many
incidents over those 5 weeks from the moment she entered the Country of America and upon her first
breath of taking the "sacred" "vows", and, "entered" into the Marriage based on her actions proven
before and thereafter March 8 as "Fraud." Also absolute. So noted.

In both the eyes of the Law to include, but not limited to, also the Laws of Mankind and in the

Quake toll rises to more than 30,000 dead and over 50,000 injured in four quake-hit districts.

The dead included a Chinese engineer, an Egyptian diplomat, and Japanese Foreign Ministry in Tokyo said
two Japanese died. Officials say Saturday's earthquake is the most intense in the region in the last century.

A Quake survivor had this to say: "It was like hell."

Death toll from a catastrophic Asian earthquake climbs.

More than 30,000 thousand people are reported dead, but it's feared the final death toll may go even higher,
with over 50,000 injured. Residents jolted from bed and run from their homes.

New aftershocks as rescue crews work.

Rescue workers working through the night to find survivors and recover the dead. A magnitude 7.6 quake
took the lives of more than 30,000 people. Rescue efforts were hampered and survivors were terrorized

by a series of aftershocks, landslides and rain in the region. A particularly gruesome rescue: "We pulled out
one man by cutting off his legs." It brought down a 10-story apartment building in the city and dozens of
people were feared trapped in the rubble.

President Gen. Pervez Musharraf told the British Broadcasting Corp. the only way to reach many far-flung areas was by helicopter
because roads were buried by landslides. He appealed to the international community for medicine, tents, cargo helicopters and
financial assistance. The quake leveled a village's main bazaar, crushing shoppers and strewing gas cylinders, bricks, tomatoes and
onions on the streets. Sunday however landslides and rain hindered rescue efforts, blocking roads to some remote areas. Injured
people covered by shawls lay in the street, waiting for medical care. Residents carried bodies on wooden planks. The corpses of four
children, aged between 4 and 6, lay under a sheet of corrugated iron. Relatives said they were trying to find sheets to wrap the bodies.
"We don't have anything to bury them with," said a cousin, Saqib Swati. Elsewhere in Balakot, a shop owner said two primary schools,
one for boys and one for girls, also collapsed and more than 500 students were feared dead. "Now there's no sign of life," he said
Sunday. "We can't do this without the army's help. Nobody has come here to help us." Two and a half million people remain homeless.

The United States, the United Nations, Britain, Russia, China, Turkey, Japan and Germany all offered assistance. An eight-member
U.N. team of top disaster coordination officials arrived in Islamabad on Sunday to plan the global body's response.

Massive Quake Hits Asia -- (update). Sunday - October 9, 2005.

The 7.6 magnitude quake felt across South Asia was followed by at least 22 aftershocks within 24 hours, including a 6.2 magnitude
temblor. It swayed buildings in the capitals of three nations.

"Everything is destroyed. " The ground shook and took everything down," said Syad Hassan. The quake flattened dozens of villages
and towns, crushing schools and mud-brick houses. The dead included 250 girls at a school razed to the ground. Villagers desperate
to find survivors dug with bare hands Sunday through the debris of a collapsed school where children had been heard crying beneath
the rubble. Near the ruins of one collapsed school, at least a dozen bodies were strewn on the streets of the devastated village of
about 30,000. At least another 250 pupils were feared trapped inside the rubble of the four-story school. Police chief Ataullah Khan
Wazir said Saturday that authorities there pulled 250 bodies from the rubble of a girls' school in the village of Ghari Habibibullah.
Dozens of children were feared killed in other schools.
